AMARA INEGBENOISE LL.M, MCIArb (UK), FICMC, CEDR (UK) Accredited Mediator
Nwamara is the Principal Consultant and founder of NOISE & BLUE ADR Firm. She obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the Rivers State University (RSU), Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria in 2006 and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2007; a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Petroleum and Environmental Law and a Master of Laws Degree (LLM) – Focus: Oil & Gas and Maritime law in 2018 from the same University.
In September 2023, she participated in the prestigious CIARB Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration Course, hosted at the Worcester College, Oxford University, United Kingdom.
She has successfully completed various ADR and conflict management trainings and accreditations locally and internationally including the Globally recognized Mediation Skills Training with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR UK) and has gained valuable experience from frequently acting as sole mediator, co-mediator, sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator and arbitral tribunal registrar. She is the Director – Arbitrations at the Intercede Center for Arbitration and Mediation (ICAM); a member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK (CIARB UK) and a serving member of the Executive Committee of the Port Harcourt Chapter (Nigerian Branch) of the Institute; an active member of the International Chamber of Commerce Nigeria (Arbitration & ADR Commission) International Association of Lawyers (UIA), International Council for Commercial Arbitration (Young ICCA), Chartered Institute of Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA), Lawyers in Energy Network, a serving EXCO member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA Omoku Branch) e.t.c.
She is currently a member of the Neutral’s Panel of the Rivers State Multi-Door Courthouse and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIARB UK) & Lagos Court of Arbitration (LCA) Expedited ADR Scheme for MSMEs.
Amara has worked and volunteered in Nigeria and the Middle East, gaining valuable experience in the insurance, security, energy, beauty/cosmetic and sports sectors.
She runs a mental health support group where she plays a strong role as a mental health advocate, rendering support to mentally challenged persons; providing them with an easy access to professional therapy and medical intervention at no cost. She speaks at public and private events, creating awareness on mental health, rape and drug addiction.
Amara communicates excellently in English and averagely in French language and is open to career and business development opportunities in Nigeria and internationally.
Her other interests include: Charity services, reading, writing, music, cooking, fashion & beauty, travelling and networking.
VIVIAN NWANKWOR LL.M, ACIArb(UK), AICMC
Vivian Nwankwor is a distinguished legal practitioner and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Consultant at Noise & Blue. Over her ten-year post-qualification career, she has consistently delivered expert legal and ADR services, specializing in various capacities including intellectual property law, document and agreement reviews, and comprehensive legal research.
Vivian holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Rivers State University, an LL.M in Commercial Law from the University of the West of England, Bristol, and another LL.M in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Aberdeen, UK. Her professional affiliations include:
- Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).
- Associate Member, Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), Nigeria.
- Member, Nigerian Bar Association.
- Member, International Chamber of Commerce Young Arbitrators Forum (ICCYAF).
- Member, WIPO ADR Young.
As a contributory author to the Aberdeen Law Students Review journal (Vol. XII), Vivian has made significant scholarly contributions to the field. She also served as a mentor for the 2023 second cohort of the MIPLG Career Development & Mentorship Scheme. She has undertaken several online courses on IP law including the WIPO-Korea Advance International Certificate Course on Intellectual Property and Assest Management.
Fluent in English and French, Vivian is committed to expanding her professional expertise both within and outside Nigeria. Her personal interests include reading, writing, and music.
GODSENT CHIZITARA ROLAND
Godsent is an ADR and Business Development Intern at Noise & Blue. He is a Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Rivers State University where he served as the President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, Rivers State University, Chief Justice of the Law Students Association of Nigeria, Head of the Judicial Council and the Student Director of the Law Clinic.
His areas of interest are: Alternative Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property, Sports Law, Family Law, Public International Law, Constitutional Law, and Criminal Law. Inspired by leadership and governance, he has held positions such as the Public Relations Officer, FALAS, Nigeria, Public Relations Officer, Christian Law Students Association of Nigeria, Rivers State University, Senator representing the Rivers State University at the National Senate and Chief Press Secretary to the President of the Law Students Association of Nigeria, Rivers State University.
Roland is a member of the International Chamber of Commerce Young Arbitration and ADR Forum (ICCYAAF), National Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), Institute of Transnational Arbitration and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIARB).
He was recently recognized as an ADR Rising Star by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, OAU and as the Most Innovative Law Student by the Law Students Association of Nigeria, South-South Zone.
His interests include politics, reading, writing, sports and networking.
ATATA RHODALINE CHARLES
Rhodaline is a very reliable, creative and hardworking team player. She is the Administrative Coordinator at Noise & Blue.
She gained a Degree in accounting from the Rivers State University in 2017 and has completed several secretarial and administrative skills training. She holds a Masters Degree in International Management obtained from University of West England, United Kingdom.
She has gained valuable experience from working in the banking sector, teaching in schools and performing various administrative duties, especially in the legal sector.
She loves Reading, Listening to music, internet surfing.
She communicates fluently in English language.
